Volunteers Needed

It's that time of year again to get all the volunteers together and push forward with the final details, and once again the show committee cannot do it without you!

We are in great need of someone to head up the NHOS Sales table, the Raffle table and the Member Coop table. Along with the running of these tables we need many volunteer hours to make it work.  

We'll be offering tours this year as well as potting clinics so there must be something that would fit into your expertise or willingness.  

Please review the list below and advise the committee of the areas you would like to volunteer in.  

Thursday February 7th we need help with set up – between 6am until complete, usually around 10:30

Friday February 8th with judging – 8:30am until complete.
 

Friday February 8th 7 pm to 10 pm, Saturday February 9th 9am to 6pm and Sunday February 10th 9 am to 4 pm we need help with all of the following listed:

Admission

Raffle

NHOS Sales

Membership

Member Coop

Tours

Potting Clinics

Hospitality – sporadic over the weekend, stocking items, clean up, possible deliveries

Vendor helpers – sporadic over the weekend

Beginning at 4pm Sunday the 10th, helping dismantle exhibits, kickboards, art panels, load trucks, trailers etc.
