Mary Jo Gilsdorf is an Accredited American Orchid Society Judge who has been growing orchids since she was a teenager. She now has a collection of over 600 plants and has received a number of AOS Awards in a variety of genera for both flower quality and culture. She first began researching this group of Australian Dendrocoryne Dendrobiums after seeing the beautiful plants grown by Ballentine and Doran.
